Here are five tips from Dr Ayesha Akba, MD for Weight loss Management

Many people believe that a high protein diet helps in losing more than a high carbohydrate diet. Since the fact is true, however, you cannot ignore that lowering carbohydrate can have its adverse effects. On the contrary, increasing your protein intake can also influence your kidneys, particularly when you are trying to regulate your blood sugar levels or diabetic and still working to lose weight.
While the substance that particularly need to focus on while trying to lose weight is nor protein neither carbohydrates but fiber. The adequate amount of fiber blended with balanced proteins and carbohydrates facilitates proper weight management, says Dr. Ayesha Akbar, MD Age Management Specialist

There are several ways in which fiber can help with weight loss and weight management. Strong fiber when consumed stimulates bowel movement and colon health, on the other hand the soluble fiber is essential  to regulate cholesterol. A fiber rich meal specifically high in soluble fiber I, is digested more slowly and is generally less in calorie lower in fat and sugar. This makes fiber an essential part of the diet for those who are struggling to lose weight or keep it off even after the weight loss program
Here are five tips from Dr Ayesha Akba, MD at the Midwest Anti-Aging and MED Spa For the people who want to lose weight and have long working hours. When asked Dr. Ayesha, Age Management Specialist and Endocrinologist she noted that fiber intake actually help you lose pounds. She explained; There are two types of fat receptors both having different functions, namely alpha and beta receptors. Fats with rich in beta receptor easily dissolve while rich in alpha receptors fat don’t easily dissolve. Having the reason many individuals start with a weight loss management plan with high protein and low carbohydrates and notice immediate results in several areas of the body, such as chest, arms, face, where there are more fat rich in beta receptors. Nonetheless, it is quite arduous to lose weight from other parts like stomach, hips and thigh as these areas store stubborn fat and are actually alpha receptors

Limiting the daily calorie consumption is a good way to help the body get rid of the excessive resistant fat, which means having fewer calories, limiting junk foods and taking foods that show a high fiber content. “Increasing fiber content will help to keep the metabolism level high, satiated and in a way lose weight steadily,” she says.
